100% Satisfaction Policy:
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with every product that they purchase from My Catholic Gifts. We guarantee the quality and workmanship of every item. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return it to us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Items that are custom, personalized, or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless an error was made on our end.
To submit a return request, please follow these three steps:
Step 1: Login to your My Catholic Gifts Account. You will find the login button in the upper right hand corner.
Step 2: Locate the order you would like returned. On the right side, you will see a link that says "Return Items?".
Step 3: Click the link that says "Return Items?" and that will take you to the request form. Fill out this form and click "Submit Return Request." Be sure to give as much detail as possible to speed up the return.
Once you have submitted the return request form, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Care representatives to receive further instruction and complete the return.
All merchandise must be new and unopened and returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
Personalized Items: We guarantee our workmanship completely and that your gift will be personalized as you ordered it. Please double-check all names, dates, and spelling before placing your order. Personalized orders cannot be canceled and are not returnable unless damaged or defective or if there is an error in our workmanship.
Orders Returned After 30 Days: Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago may not be eligible for return. Please contact our Customer Service department and we will determine whether or not you are eligible for a refund.
